Our CNC router cutter machining a prototype tool.
One of our machines cutting a tool from stock billet that has been sized.
Plastic component machined from acetal. Inside is hollow so a two part operation has had to be considered. (underside and topside)
As you can see the component has been hollowed out to look as if it has been injection moulded. As there were a very small batch the most cost effective way was to machine them from solid.
We have a range of CNC machines all with the ability to produce 3D models and the capability to work in a variety of materials such as: wood, model board, hard plastics, resin, aluminium and steel. With machine capacity of up to 2500mm x 1250mm we can cater for most projects.
Our trained programmers are able to work with several CAD/CAM operating systems. We have multiple seats of AlphaCAM and ONECNC allowing us to cater for both simple and complex programming demands.
Additionally with seats in SolidWorks and Rhino our programming and design departments have the ability to create, modify and realise 3D CAD models.
With our machining capability we can produce master models for rotational moulding and blow moulding, as well as appreciation models.
